As the Office Manager at Camp Harmony, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our camp. You will be responsible for managing the camp office, overseeing administrative tasks, and providing support to the camp director and other staff members. You will also be the first point of contact for parents, campers, and staff, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and able to handle a high volume of inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing the camp's finances, including processing payments, managing accounts receivable and payable, and preparing financial reports. You will also be responsible for managing camp registrations, ensuring that all campers are properly enrolled and that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing camper and staff information, including health forms, emergency contacts, and other important documentation.

We are looking for a candidate who has strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience in an administrative role, preferably in a camp or similar environment. Experience with camp management software and databases is a plus. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as well as a strong attention to detail and a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
