I founded Let’s Talk Psychological Wellness, P.C. to deliver top-quality talk therapy (psychotherapy) to individuals and couples. We love working with adults who are navigating anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, PTSD, work and relationship transitions. Our goal with each person or couple is to unlock their full range of potential by teaching skills, tools, and strategies while also exploring how past experiences influence current behavior and relationship patterns. We are a group of licensed psychologists and mental health counselors practicing in Midtown Manhattan. We specialize in treating anxiety, panic, trauma, PTSD and depression, life and work transitions. We work with adults to provide individual, couples and group psychotherapy. We also provide consultations and workshops on stress management, burnout, mental health, diversity and inclusion.
