Founded in 2015 in Denver's Berkeley neighborhood, il porcellino salumi has grown into an award-winning Salumeria. Our desire to share quality cured meat beyond Denver brought us to found our wholesale division in 2018 in Basalt, CO. We use the best heritage breed pork and finest spices to naturally cure our products in small batches. Our process may take longer but our products taste better. Our retail store located in Denver's Berkeley neighborhood is packed with all your charcuterie needs and a friendly staff that loves to talk meat. Our full-service deli and in-house butcher offer sandwiches, whole animal products, sausages, salumi platters, rillette, smoked meat, headcheese and much more!
