Evolve Juicery and Kitchen was founded by Caleb Summers with the intent of bringing wholesome, healthy, and delicious food to discriminating families in Kansas City. Our food is based on the principles of eating a diet composed of meats, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and berries with NO sugar, No dairy, and No gluten. Evolve hand-prepares and delivers each meal to your home or you can pick up at one of our locations in the midwest – providing restaurant quality food in convenient pre-portioned servings.
