DCS Design was founded 50 years ago as Davis & Carter and evolved to Davis Carter Scott in 1980 on the belief that honest dealing, integrity, and an absolute commitment to service was the only way to do business. Since we began, we have moved from principally designing schools and hospitals to becoming one of the leading commercial architectural and interior architectural firms in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
