We are a family owned food processing business established in 1986, with 30 years’ experience in fresh cut & value-added meat products, fresh soups, sauces & prepared meals. We've grown to become one of Australasia’s leading value-added food producers. We produce high quality award winning sausages, beef patties and meatballs ranging from the old favourite beef sausage for the BBQ, to gourmet sausages and meats using specialty ingredients. Our state of the art City Kitchen site with world class test kitchens, is responsible for developing the tastiest, easiest to prepare and innovative products on the market today.
We also acquired Simmone Logue in 2019 and have a facility in Marrickville that produces high quality pastry goods, made with love and care from Simmone.
