While we will continue to provide safety nets and good universal services, we are creating platforms upon which others will do great things that contribute to the long-term health and prosperity of our places and communities. Taking this approach we are continuing leaving behind the notion our Councils are solely municipal service providers for one where we are supporting the ambitions for our places and our communities' prosperity and wellbeing.
