Youth Theory is the UK's leading youth-focused media agency and our story goes like this... We started out publishing newspapers and magazines to build hype around the best events and ideas on campus, and distributing them across Scotland. We wanted to support young people as they entered the jobs market. That's when we founded Futures Fest, an event that creates a comfortable environment in which our visitors can be themselves, and talk openly about their goals and dreams with the best employers in Scotland. And we wanted to reach all the students who couldn't make the event, so we created the Careers Annual, a high quality careers publication that talks to young people in a friendly, accessible way. The Careers Annual gives readers a sense of what it really means to work for a company, and it's delivered right where it's needed, via distribution points in school and university careers offices.
