The experience begins at our Free Wine Tasting Bar, where you can sample over 50 red, white and special wines. As our wines start with top quality wine juice (so no grape crushing) sourced from the best wine growing regions in the world – the same wine juices from which our samples are made – your finished wine will be essentially identical to the samples you tasted and loved. You will hand-craft your wine in just 2 or 3 steps over 8 weeks, each step taking approx.. 60 minutes. You’ll make “your own wine” in what’s known as a “small batch”, producing 6 gallons of the same wine, which yields 28 full size 750ml bottles. All the details and mess are left to us - you just come in and have fun making your wine. These are not like the basement wine your Grandfather made. You will make truly great wine.
