Mission Educating, mentoring, nurturing, and supporting young mothers to become self-sufficient for themselves and their families. Vision A community where every young mother is empowered to thrive. Women over 21 2 Program Pillars Health and Wellness Education List of Goals Develop Programs that will serve as an educational outlet for young mothers needing help to secure housing, information and resources for the betterment of themselves and their children. Provide mentorships and connections to resources that will guide young mothers towards pathways and collaborations; steering them towards the self-sufficiency necessary to support themselves and their children. Grow as an organization through community activities in an effort to increase our visibility, raise funds and grow to service as many young mothers and families as possible.
