The Yemeni American Merchants Association (YAMA), is a grassroots non-profit organization that was birthed from the hugely successful Yemeni Bodega Strike in New York, in Protest to the Executive Order Travel Ban on February 2, 2017, at Brooklyn Borough Hall.
The Yemeni American Merchants Association seeks to educate and elevate Yemeni-American merchants and their families through education, business and social service support, and civil rights advocacy.
