Oh, we also Self Perform Marine Construction from Drilling & Setting Pile for Mariners Aids To Navigation to replacing docks and other Marine Structures. We also act as the General Contractor for Commercial & Civil Projects in the Private, State, and Federal sectors. Whether we are a Subcontractor or General Contractor, every project gets the Winspear Way, which is a set of standards that make every Project that much more successful giving our clients/partners confidence they are getting a Safe Work Site, a QCQA Plan that is above all, and the their Project completed on Time with minimal change orders because our Estimating Team takes the time necessary to give a complete estimate.
