We started as a residential wholesale company by sourcing properties for investors who buy fix and flip properties and rentals. We soon realized that there was a way we could have a more positive impact on the community by seller financing homes to those who don’t qualify for traditional financing as our business. Lance Wakefield and Eden Markowitz came together in 2017 at Shoreline Property Group, a real estate company founded by Lance. Eden became one of the top acquisition managers at Shoreline, which led to Lance wanting them to start their own company. Thus, Win-Win Property Group was founded in DFW, Texas, in January 2020 Despite the intense economic turmoil that immediately followed, WWPG has built a thriving, adaptable, resilient business that fills a long-neglected void in the DFW real estate industry. Our focus is on buying and selling houses in the Dallas Fort Worth area with Owner Financing. Our mission is to provide homes to those in our community who cannot obtain traditional financing. We offer homes that can be improved to provide our clients with equity in the property and a place to call home.
