Wesley Davis, CFA, Indian River Property Appraiser

I'm Wesley Davis, your Indian River County Property Appraiser. I'm a lifelong resident of the county and have, over time, acquired the experience and qualifications needed to serve you in the best way possible. To give you some background, I was a School Board member from 1994-2000. I served on the Value Adjustment Board and worked on the property appraiser's budget as a county commissioner from 2004-2016. I am licensed by the state to appraise real property. For the staff, I have assembled an experienced team to ensure the important work of the office is conducted professionally and on time, while also placing a sincere emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
