Wavelength is a UK-based, boutique, executive education business with a global reach. 
Our specialism is ‘bringing the outside world in’ for leaders. Over the last 15 years we have taken thousands of leaders inside the boardrooms and shop floors of some of the world’s most admired organisations in Silicon Valley, China, India and Europe. Apple, Airbnb, LEGO, Alibaba, Southwest Airlines, Netflix, Four Seasons, Nike, Dyson, and India’s Aravind Eye Care System are amongst our clients, hosts and partners. We believe leaders learn best from leaders and seek to provide clients with world-class external inspiration, education, provocation and application required to drive change. We run a range of leadership programmes that provide the opportunity for leaders from different sectors and industries to learn together and from each other: * Between June 11-16th 2023 Wavelength USA will take 20 corporate executives inside the likes of Airbnb, Microsoft, Four Seasons, Google and Silicon Valley’s hottest start up’s and for curated introductions to the leading VCs, top executives and thought leaders. * Wavelength Inspire is our digital only programme designed to enable clients to bring the outside world in at scale and provides live, monthly facilitated access to some of the world's most admired organisations and accomplished leaders - Airbnb, Southwest Airlines, President of Four Seasons and CEOs of IKEA & Unilever have all spoken/doing so in future. * Wavelength Connect brings together 50 leaders from a broad array of sectors for a 9 month curriculum focused on The Future of Business, underpinned by 3 pillars - Inspiration, Connection and Application. We are a for profit, but not profit maximisation, organisation and through our cross-subsidy model we enable social entrepreneurs, charities and public sector leaders to participate in our programmes.
