At Watermark, our desire is that you have more than simply a meal. We want you to experience food in a way that leaves you completely delighted. Chef and owner Maria Walusis has been passionately preparing delicious food for over twenty-five years, and she wants to share that passion with each and every guest. Our dishes are freshly prepared to-order, and our sauces, dressings, and desserts are all house-made. In historic downtown Miamisburg, Watermark is known for great steaks and burgers, delicious seafood, fresh pasta, and more. Our menu regularly features new dishes, sometimes offering a creative spin on classic fare, other times showcasing a new ingredient or cuisine that Dayton diners may never have tried. We offer original craft cocktails, a well-curated wine list, and local beer on-tap. There is live jazz every Friday evening, and regular special events such as wine dinners and holiday celebrations.
