Walton Plastics Engineering have been manufacturing products and services for the mining, industrial, laboratory, medical, commerce and education sectors since 1980. We manufacture the "LabAire" range of Fume Cupboards, including ducting, chemical resistant fans, recirculating systems including installation and maintenance. We also produce custom ducting ranging from square and round in uPVC and poly propylene including transitions and take offs from small spools up to 2.4 metre sections. We also manufacture lab benches, cupboards & sinks in chemical resistant plastics or composite materials including Marblo. We custom produce our products to clients specifications and to adhere to current Australian Standards. We offer a full engineering consultation if required for your project and can best advise products and services that are not only cost effective but fit for purpose. Our Fume Cupboards also have new inclusions such as lift fronts, removal internals to make maintenance a breeze. Walton Plastics also offer a service and maintenance plan on Fume Cupboards which includes a 6 & 12 month compliance testing with a report and repair strategy - we won't just fail a Fume Cupboard and leave! Other services we provided include CNC Machining and Cutting for Conveyors, Liners and Covers in a range of engineering plastics such as UHMWPE, HDPE, Nylon just to name a few! Walton Plastics have also designed and manufacture an under bench uPVC plaster trap which has full Water Corporation (WA) approval and certification for use on sinks to collect soils, sediment and plaster for dentist & schools.
