Victory’s primary focus is the Acquisition, Redevelopment, Leasing, and Management of Shopping Centers. Our portfolio is concentrated in the Southeastern United States. Our properties total over 4 million square feet and are located in ten states. Many of our properties are anchored by National tenants such as Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, Macy’s Publix, Kroger, Winn-Dixie, Earthfare, Food Lion, and Rouse Supermarkets.
