Joe has over 30 years of management/consulting experience with the leading professional service firms – PricewaterhouseCoopers, Citibank, Shearson Lehman Hutton, and Booz Allen Hamilton. At PwC, (1996-2001), he was Managing Director of Global Marketing for the firm’s new Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division, and played a key role in building a $700 million business with $4 billion in contracts. Joe is Founding Trustee of the HR Outsourcing Association; HRO Thought Leader of the Year, 2005; Superstar in HRO Today and FAO Today Magazines; Special Advisor, Shared Services and BPO Association (Brussels); Editorial Board, CxO Outsourcing Project (London). Gilbert Park, leads the firm’s sales proposal process services. Gil has over 30 years of marketing, sales, and business development experience with Deloitte, McKinsey, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He directed, managed, and authored over 300 successful proposals (75% win rate) to the boards and senior managements of Global 1000 companies
