Founded in 1991, VCI Construction is headquartered in Upland, California, which strategically offers us a unique perspective to best meet the needs of the geographic markets we serve. As a full-service contractor, we specialize in providing all types of turnkey OSP/ISP telecommunications services as well as utility construction. Possessing a deep understanding of industry requirements, VCI’s skilled team of experts remains at the forefront of technical innovations in a fast-paced, rapidly changing industry. Over the last 25 years, we have completed thousands of miles of complex network construction and countless high-profile projects.
