Union 206 is Washington D.C.'s premier full-service photography studio rental facility. With over 3000 sqft of private photography/film studios, a 16 x 16 x 10 foot cyc wall, lounge, studio lights, private dressing/make up room, a separate studio designed for product photography, as well as an additional 3000 sqft of raw, unfinished warehouse space for edgy and artistic images, our studio provides for all your photography studio rental needs. We even have rooftop space overlooking Old Town Alexandria and the Potomac River available for shooting. Designed by photographers for photographers, this space has all the tools you need to capture your vision. Union 206 is located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, and provides a private, professional facility for shoots, castings and special events. The open air design makes it perfect for meetings, wrap parties, art showings and receptions as well.
