In 1988, Ultimate Realty’s Principal, Joe Sabbagh began syndicating shopping Centers and office buildings in the tri-state area. During this time, he acquired close to one million square feet of industrial and retail properties in New York and Pennsylvania. In 1996, after years of experience managing real estate in New York, that Mr. Sabbagh recognized a potentially lucrative development opportunity in Downtown Manhattan. Two years ahead of the Wall Street residential boom he acquired 24 John Street. This was the first of almost 30 properties that were acquired over the next 15 years. Ultimate Realty NY has continued to improve and develop each one of its properties, with renovations that include all new HVAC systems, electrical systems, windows, wood flooring, sheetrock walls, tiled bathrooms with Jacuzzis, contemporary kitchens, and in some cases new elevators. Each finished loft and condominium offers tenants a superior living experience, which is maintained even after the development has been completed. Ultimate Realty NY has acquired property primarily in New York as well as; New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico. Since its inception, Ultimate Realty has converted close to 30 buildings.
