Triad Construction Services, LLC was created in 2012 when Becky Atluru re-positioned a development and construction company into a mechanical services company. By inviting Glen DelChiaro, Rick Grondin, Bob Caruso and Luann Maraglino, Ms. Atluru assembled an uncompromising group of industry veterans whose goal was singular - provide one stop for professional HVAC and Plumbing needs. An experienced professional in the construction industry, Ms. Atluru set to work updating the company focus, as well as attracting strategic partners, constructors, suppliers, and bonding companies with the goal to establish Triad as an industry leader in the State. Triad also received State support and is pre-qualified by DAS as a Mechanical Contractor. Additionally, Triad is the only State certified woman-owned small business (WBE) licensed in both HVAC and Plumbing in the State of Connecticut. Triad is a leading expert in mechanical construction and offers services such as HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal and mechanical maintenance programs to clients in the commercial, industrial and institutional markets.
