The YARD Theater

The YARD Theater is a 50 seat Theater in East Hollywood founded by veteran actor and performer John Ennis. This Theater is located in a unique cultural hub between Normandie and Vermont in Los Angeles, California. The immediate area is home to a Ukranian Cultural Center, Los Angeles City College, elementary schools, and local businesses. The YARD is dedicated to offering free or low-cost performance art classes that embrace the local culture found in the region. With music performances, theatrical productions, and ongoing relationships with local businesses and community centers, the YARD strives to serve its immediate neighborhood in a way that is understanding and embracing the variety of skills and histories the area has to offer.
