The Work Exchange Team "WET"

The Work Exchange Team (WET) provides event labor solutions, with years of experience managing volunteer and FanStaff programs at the largest and most successful festivals across the US & Canada. WET has assisted in placing thousands of young music enthusiasts in a variety of event departments at hundreds of events, assisting participants in getting on-the-job experience and training, and "Getting their feet WET in the music industry." Each year, WET assists in placing hard working, talented applicants in permanent positions in the music industry, across a broad genre. Have you worked with WET before?
