The Wildfire Pizza Company are Scott and Karen, a husband and wife team who are passionate about pizza. We serve sensational wood fired pizza from our custom made mobile pizza kitchen on wheels. All our dough is made fresh and undergoes a 48+hr fermentation process, which results in a much lighter and better tasting pizza. The dough is hand stretched before being topped with our San Marzano tomato sauce and fresh toppings. Our pizzas our cooked in our wood fired oven which is housed within the trailer. The oven reaches temperatures of over 450 degrees, so the pizzas cook in as little as 90 seconds. We cater for any event. From big muddy music festivals to tranquil countryside weddings to sporting events we've got it all covered. We ensure to work with you to create a fantastic bespoke service.
