Team Crowd Tracker is a duo of Agents who have worked within the Scottish Television and Film industry for many years. Joyce McLelland of Vivace Theatre School - 15+ years exp. Alana Hughes of Rentacrowd Extras Agency - 20+ years exp. When the Global Covid-19 Pandemic hit, Joyce and Alana decided to join forces to create a better work life balance. Job sharing is creating a healthier way for both Joyce and Alana to run their Agency. It's giving both Agents emotional support, more time to spend with their families/friends, as well as the ability to continue working within the booming UK Television and Film industry. Our team use an Eco and user-friendly digital software system which you can engage with as much or as little as you wish. We know that not everyone is big on tech and that's fine. We're quite partial to a good notepad and pen. Not forgetting the sticky notes! Both of our Agents have expertise on Child Licensing, Covid-19 and Disclosure procedures and can work to tight deadlines. We can provide you with people of all ages (birth +) and of all levels of ability for your shoots. It's free to join. We don't charge joining or membership fees because we want to make working in Television & Film accessible to people from all different social and economic backgrounds. Instead we charge 20% of the work we find so there's nothing to lose by signing up. As a self-employed Artist, you get to pick and choose what jobs best suit you. All we ask is that if you commit to a job, that you see it through to the end. Failure to do so will result in removal from the books.
