Chef Brown, a chef for over twenty years, is one of twenty five chefs certified by the Japanese government for Hyogo Kobe, the most sought-after Japanese wagyu beef! His passion to bring wagyu beef from Japan, Australia and the US to everyday consumers has been the driving factor to his success in opening all Swagyu locations including Swagyu National, our national wagyu shipping company.
