Stella Trainer

We help restaurants train better. Stella Trainer is an online training tool created by restaurant people for restaurant people. Our program helps companies do more with their training department with less resources. Randy Craven and Jim Slowin, Co-Founders, have developed many unique and progressive features for Stella Trainer. The way we have allowed companies to present their food and beverage, create courses and assign curriculum for different job classes is incredibly creative. Stella Trainer allows companies to be paperless in their training world and update / edit materials in real time. The ability to monitor results is an invaluable piece of our program. Stella Trainer can increase the accountability and consistency of the training process. We help you get better results! One other point of difference is we do most of the heavy lifting in the design and build phase of your training site. We know folks are busy, so we design and build your site to meet your company's training goals. Jim Slowin (Co-Founder) is involved with every accounts design and build process.
