Spitfire Studios is a live action production + broadcast design company in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in high-caliber filmed and HD motion content. Clients include Cartoon Network, Electronic Arts, The CW, Hasbro, and CNN. A true full-service production company, we're more than a collection of freelancers under a company banner. Spitfire has its core production team on-staff, creating campaign consistency from script to screen and quality from project to project. This approach saves our clients the time, money, and communication breakdown that often comes with heavy outsourcing in other models. Our team includes an award-winning director, a Pulitzer-nominated art director and photographer, a producer with both network and agency experience, a vfx supervisor, a broadcast designer, and a digital archivist. With a team like this, we rarely have to say the words, "we need to find somebody who can..." Continual reinvestment in our equipment stock has given Spitfire the creative agility to shoot even modest-budget projects with much of the same gear used to film major theatrical releases. A short list includes two RED ONE cameras, two RED EPIC cameras, a super technocrane, a motion control rig, a 40' custom motorcoach specially designed for production, and a two-bay workshop for construction and special shoots. The only thing we don't have in-house is a helicopter. But Tom has priced them.
