I teach clients to effectively communicate their wants & needs while avoiding common thinking errors like making assumptions and taking things personally. I will guide you toward a life of peace and authenticity. I have helped many teens and families set household expectations to avoid misunderstandings and create balance within the family system. I work with new mothers through postpartum depression, breastfeeding, infant sleep patterns, scheduling, and growth leaps. I use Gottman relationship tools to strengthen couple's relationships and address conflict.
