Founded by a third generation plumber, Shepherd's Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning is backed by over 60 years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC industry. It all started in the 1930s when Bill's grandfather Morris Pierce became a licensed plumber in Fresno, CA. In the 1950's he moved to the Bay Area where he founded Pierce Plumbing. Bill's father, John, bought Morris's company around 1990, renaming it Shepherd Services and adding a second division specializing in expert witness services for construction defect litigation. Bill Shepherd then took over and expanded the construction and remodeling division of his father's company. Carrying on the dynasty and capitalizing on generations of plumbing and heating experience, Bill Shepherd founded Shepherd's Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning in 2015. With customer satisfaction a top priority, Bill's mission is to provide quality plumbing, heating, and AC services that exceed customer expectations. Heating and air conditioning services include: Installation, repair, and maintenance of a range of heaters, furnaces, and air conditioners, duct replacement (using Wardflex and/or rigid ducting). heating and air conditioning efficiency optimization. We also work with mini-split and ductless systems, fireplace inserts, and gas log installations. As well as, radiant heat services that includes boiler replacements, system design and install, custom radiators, radiant floors, and hydronic heat. In addition, we are trained in ACCA Manual design and documentation.
