Too many dealers and independent auto repair shops are dishonest, perform substandard work, and treat their customers poorly. The auto repair industry is among the least trusted industries in America by consumers. I consider this unacceptable behavior, and believe no consumer should have to tolerate this. As the owner of Schoen Auto, how we operate as a business and how we treat our customers is something I have personally invested a tremendous amount of time and energy into.
