Sans Limites Dance

Sans Limites Dance is a professional dance company; expressing tacit knowledge through non-verbal communication. Allowing inspiration from all the artists that were triggered to create new modern movement after Duncan's bold choice to veer away from the Ballet. With the goal of making dance accessible to everyone, not just the bourgeois "art-goer', Sans Limites Dance strives to prove that DANCE IS NOT A FOREIGN LANGUAGE! It has been said that 93% of every-day communication is expressed and received through visual cues from our body; only 7% is communicated through actual words. Dance is the embellishment of body language and since body language is such a prominent form of communication, the embellishment of it--dance-- should be decipherable! SLD aims to serve the community through their bi-annual dance seasons, annual Music & Dance concert, as well as street performances and guest showings all over NYC!
