Sacred Oak Medical Center

Sacred Oak Medical Center is a newly constructed, state of the art facility that is set to open November 28, 2016! Our services will include Adult inpatient mental health, Adult medical detox and Substance abuse rehabilitation, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Our hospital will consist of 80 beds and will open in phases and currently we are accepting referrals for our inpatient programs. At Sacred Oak Medical Center, we have a team of professionals including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, nurses and behavioral health specialists working together to encourage and support the process of discovering hope and inspiration while embarking on the journey of recovery and wellness. Our team of professionals will develop an individualized plan of care to meet the specific needs identified during the assessment process. With patient care as a priority, our team takes pride in offering superior treatment in a compassionate and comfortable environment.
