SEE SPOT RESCUED INC is a non-profit 501(c)3 dog rescue organization. SSR is entirely foster based. We are based in Jersey City and NYC, staffed by volunteers who work full-time jobs while coordinating the rescue, vetting, medical care, transportation, fostering, and adoption of as many amazing dogs as we can. Since our founding in 2011, See Spot Rescued has operated with a single purpose: to provide permanent, loving homes to every homeless dog. We see these dogs as our clients, and it’s our job to find them lifetime companions who will provide them with the same unconditional love each dog promises. Which is why our dogs don’t go to just any home. First, we get to know our dogs. Then we make sure that we have a match, based on both the humans’ and dogs’ previous histories and personalities, the dogs’ breeds, and the humans’ experience with animals. To date, we’ve placed thousands of lucky canines in loving homes. And this is just the beginning.
