Riparian Capital Partners pursues mission-aligned transactions with compelling financial returns. We focus primarily on market rate workforce housing with an emphasis on underserved “food desert” communities. Many so-called “Impact Investments” either offer an inferior financial return, an indifferent social impact, or a combination of the two. While this is a compromise that many accept, it is not the Riparian Model. Instead, we target opportunities that maximize both financial and social performance, each directly reinforcing and enhancing the other.
