The national company which obtains the confidential opinions of lawyers and judges is named Martindale-Hubbell Publishing Company. Each lawyer is given two ratings, one for his/her integrity or character; the other for his/her competence This law firm has an AV rating, meaning it has an "A" (the highest) rating for competence and a "V" (very good - the highest) rating for integrity. Martindale-Hubbell annually publishes its ratings. Of course, our primary concern is our rating with our clients. CIVIL LITIGATION & APPEALS The firm represents Plaintiffs in all types of litigation, including personal injury, product liability, collections, landlord/tenant, subrogation, and wrongful death. Additionally, when parties are sued in civil lawsuits for money damages or specific performance, a failure to defend will result in the claimant obtaining a judgment by default for the money sought, or the performance sought. The defense of such suits, whether funded by insurance or not, is routinely performed by the Firm.
