Mission Statement ROAR’s mission is to rescue cats and dogs from neglect, abuse or euthanasia and provide them with shelter and compassionate care, while thoughtfully arranging for their adoption into loving homes. Our programs of education and outreach seek to promote the remarkable bond between people and pets and to enrich the quality of life throughout our community.
