Repertoire Partners LP (“Repertoire”) is an investment manager focused on businesses undergoing overlooked change (“transformers”), and strives to actively work with stakeholders to support or create these transformers (“engaged ownership”). We paraphrase this strategy as Engaged Owners of Transformers (“EoT”). Repertoire manages a concentrated portfolio which bears little resemblance to others, and qualifying companies are selected consistent with key criteria: inordinately underappreciated, high-quality businesses with favorable multi-year optionality. Our culture emphasizes integrity, grit, and humility. We appreciate what we do, whom we do it with, and whom we do it for.
