Created in 2005, Renewal has completed over $700 million in rehabilitation work in over 35 buildings containing more than 9,000 apartments. Renewal specializes in tenant-in-place rehabs in some of the most complex settings throughout the American northeast. Renewal also has acted as an owner’s rep in over $200 million of Omni’s ground-up portfolio, including the largest affordable passive house in North America.
