From testing innovative proofs-of-concept to redesigning program delivery models, we’ve helped mission-driven organizations and businesses to understand people’s needs, streamline processes and build business strategies. It can be confusing to know what people really need and how our organizations and businesses can meet those needs and achieve positive impacts. We work with social service organizations, government agencies, social ventures, B-Corps, Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) to feel more confident and less anxious about innovating and trying out new products and services by testing new offers faster and more cost-efficient to meet needs and achieve a positive impact. Our work is informed by our values in Humanity-Centred and Equity Design. We use tools and methods from service design, business acumen, consumer research and strategic foresight to turn problems into opportunities.
