It is a necessary skill in today's market, and few brokers have the experience and know how on how to successfully close them. The interesting thing is, because I handle these extremely complex transactions where pricing & negotiating are paramount. It makes working regular sales, on the listing and the buying sides, very simple for me, and I can walk people through a real estate transaction very smoothly and with minimal headaches.
