Bill and Steve retired in 2013, and Bill Rawlings, as new owner and Broker-in-Charge, turned the company’s focus exclusively to managing residential and commercial property. As part of our company’s continuing evolution, Bass & Royster Property Management is now operating under the name Rawlings Real Estate Management.
