Power Distribution Units (Pre-engineered) Raptor Power Systems offers a full line of pre-engineered PDU's ranging in size from 1kVA to 15kVA. These PDU's do not just distribute power, they can also do voltage conversion, power switching (AC to DC) and remote monitoring. All pre-engineered are build to order in our ISO 9001:2008 production facility and ship out in 10 business days or less! Power Distribution Units (Custom) In addition to pre-engineered PDU's, Raptor Power Systems offers custom PDU's for any application or power range. Our clients, such as, NASA, utilize our custom PDU's in the lab while other clients, like the Navy, utilize them in the field. Raptor custom PDU's can be built to any military, rail, or seismic standard. All custom PDU projects have no NRE charges, no minimum order, and most ship in 10 business days. The possibilities are endless. Rail Road Signal Power Supplies One of Raptor's staple products is a 100Hz to 60Hz frequency converting power supply. Initially designed for the Long Island Railroad / NYC Transit to convert 100Hz communication power to 60Hz to power rail crossing signals, it has applications for all railroads using 100Hz power. Modular DC N+1 Converter A new innovative product, the Raptor Power Systems modular DC converter offers 3000 watts of isolated, regulated power. Each unit consists of 3 modules put together in a master N+1 3U chassis. Each module is 1000 watts and can be any voltage from 5vdc to 100vdc with an input of 11vdc-36vdc. Modules work as standalone units or as part of a master 3 module system. The unit offers high precision for lab environments and ruggedized for field and final integration. LRV Power Supplies Convert DC grid power to 120VAC & 13.8VDC.
