The RPM group was established in 2001. David Poppleton, Director, has experienced 28 years of residential development and marketing management. David studied Environmental Planning, Urban and Regional Planning and Urban Estate Management, worked in local Govt Town Planning, Lend Lease in Development Management and Leighton Properties in Marketing Management before establishing Colliers Jardine Residential in Oct ’92 and resigning as National Director in 2001. David is accredited with “spearheading the modern era of project marketing.” (Arthur Lane Macquarie Bank). Jamie Gonzalez joined the company in 2006 having been involved in commercial property throughout Sydney and has provided a results driven approach to the unique sales and marketing provided by RPM Group. Together the company has achieved sales records and outstanding results for clients. Introducing the concept of Marchitecture (ie making architecture marketable), RPM group provides market research and advises developers on design and planning of projects to maximize their marketability and profitability. This work proceeds to creating the strategic marketing plan, to professional marketing and sales management, all processes where RPM enables the developer to maximize their sales revenues. A track record of over $9.5bill worth of successful projects to date. RPM group continues to play a market leading role in the Medium Density Residential project property industry.
