REI Choice is the bi-product of a seasoned real estate investor and successful insurance executive. The ideation behind the company began in 2017 from a chance introduction and a combination of two unique visions. Tim Herriage has always been on the look out for ways to make real estate investing easier. For Tim, insurance has always been one of those things that is hard to understand but was necessary. Through his involvement as Managing Director with B2R Finance, Tim gained a working knowledge of institutional requirements for insurance. This “under the hood look” also showed Tim ways these products could be made better. The REI Choice products will continue to advance and evolve, with the real estate investment marketplace. Andrew Costlow has built several successful insurance agencies. Through the years, he’s always had a specialty in construction, property and builders risk insurance with a desire to pursue niche products. Andy’s ability to negotiate with carriers, modify contracts, and improve coverages has been crucial to the development of our products. His keen understanding has reduced waste and optimized affordability. Andrew is a licensed insurance agent in the State of Texas.
