RE Capital is the General Partner of the RE Discovery Capital Fund, LP (the “Fund”), a Puerto Rico Private Equity Fund under Act 185-2014. The Fund is the first-of-its-kind Puerto Rican investment vehicle that seizes on the opportunity that the undeveloped tourism industry in Puerto Rico provides. As GP of the Fund, RE Capital is responsible for making, managing, and disposing of investments, as well as managing and administering the Fund.
