RAKKAN Ramen started when owner and CEO Ryohei Ito opened a small, four-seater ramen bar in Tokyo in 2011. Six years later in 2017, Ito brought his passions for quality, authentic Japanese ramen to the United States with the first overseas location in Los Angeles, CA. Today, RAKKAN operates throughout the US and Japan with many more locations in development. RAKKAN Ramen specializes in authentic Japanese ramen made with a 100% plant-based broth. With a wide range of conventional and vegan options, our concept has a broad appeal for all lifestyles.
