Quintana Resources Capital ULC (QRC) is a natural resources-focused management company with a dedicated team of mining professionals with over 100 years of combined experience in successfully identifying, evaluating, acquiring, financing, exploring, developing, operating and monetizing metals and mining companies and assets. QRC provides management and technical services to Quintana Resources Holdings LP (Quintana Holdings), and has a mandate to identify, evaluate, finance and manage high quality companies and assets on its behalf. A strong focus is on the global metals and mining sector and in providing flexible capital that best suits a company’s capital structure, with an emphasis on non-dilutive funding under base metals streaming agreements. QRC and Q-Holdings are members of the Quintana Minerals Corporation group of companies. Quintana Minerals was originally formed as the mining division of Quintana Petroleum Corp. in 1963, and today is the management company for a portfolio of energy and natural resources-based private and publicly-traded companies and funds controlled by the Corbin J. Robertson Jr. family. The Robertson/Cullen family has successfully operated and invested in the energy and natural resources sectors on a global basis for 4 generations.
